It took 8 months to hear back from my application for an online interview over Teams. There were 5 people in my panel interview and asked very generic interview questions that they read off a paper. It took about an hour for the interview. I heard back 3 months later for an offer of $22 which I declined as it is not up to industry standard.

I had a panel of five, four colleagues (managers and microbiologists) from the unit and a HR representative. It took about four months to get an interview after submitting my resume and application. It took an additional two months for them to call with their decision. Each interviewer asked two questions.
