Discussion and interview with HR Recruiter. Long discussion of role and competencies. To be followed up with discussion with recruiting manager, but no follow up received. Not sure what happened, but left disappointed having put the effor tin in to apply and meet with HR.

I applied online and received a call from Pfizer recruiter manager after 10 days. First interview was a panel interview with three senior level executives in north America and Europe via WebEx video. The interview was behavioral-based Q&A style. Second interview was with two senior executives at Pfizer HQ in New York where it was about learning how I managed different teams internationally, my personal style of leadership, and some of the projects I managed the past few years. Final interview with a senior HR executive in New York who asked various behavioral-based questions and shared Pfizer working culture.
Very professional recruitment process and a great working culture.
