It was an In person campus interview pre COVID, 4 employees for 15 minutes each. Each interview was Laid back and not technical. Received feedback and an offer a couple weeks after with only a week to respond .

I was interviewed by three separate people, all engineering managers. They were all very insightful, clear, and welcoming. They had interviewed eight people and selected two, one of which was me. There were no technical questions, just questions for them to learn about me as a person and as a worker. IT seems they were looking for transferable skills, which I had plenty of examples of. Overall, it was short and sweet.
