After completing the application, they call some people for an exam. The psychotechnic test is composed of 6 different tests; 170 questions in total and 70 min to solve them all. The second part is English exam with reading, comprehension, grammar and writing parts. If you have TOEFL or Ielts, they just ask to do the writing part in 40 min. Then interviews start.
