I had an online aptitude test first which was just basic mathematical questions. I had a phone screening then which was straightforward enough, lasted about 7 minutes. I then had an aptitude test in Kildare, which also involved a group session. The last step was a one on one interview, and a medical. The interview went fine I thought, and I passed the medical, but I have yet to hear anything back from the company.

Simple and straightforward. The first step was a quick 5-10minute phone interview asking about GMP and a few situational questions. The second step was a supervised online assessment. The assessment tested equations with decimal places, verbal reasoning, and taking instructions.
