Initial phone interview was short and sweet. The screener just wanted to make sure your you could talk the talk and backup your resume. Second interview was one on one phone interview with the ops leader. Very casual, not to much behavioral talk then it was more about common concerns and issues, etc. The next on site interview was a panel with Behavioral Interview Questions lead mostly by human resources. Ops person there did little questioning and was more of a BS judge. It was also a long drawn out process waiting afterwards for any feedback and next steps. About the time you were ready to move on they would contact you.

The process included an initial phone screen, quickly followed by a panel interview comprised of 6 half hour interviews with the hiring manager, peer, and stakeholders. Each interviewer asked various behavior based interview questions. I answered the offer question as "No" because there was no communication that followed the interview process, despite an inquiry a couple of weeks out.

Online interview recording. This was the first interview. Unlimited opportunities to record your answer. Basic questions in this first interview. Required also some written answers based on case-related questions. It required about 30 to 45 minutes to finish the whole process.
