The communications and the organization of the interview was excellent. I received a packet about Pfizer and the interview schedule. Pfizer also booked the hotel for my stay. People were friendly, both during the presentation and during the interview. Overall, a good experience, would have been better if I had been offered the job!

If the compounds you have in mind, do not work out, what are the alternatives you have in mind?
HR interview was for 20 minutes and was yes/no questions. Technical interview was straight forward but challenging. They were fast in getting back after the interview. Sometimes they do on-site interview. In general the interview process is so similar to other companies.

I spent full one day for onsite interviews.
Seminar presentations and meeting with hiring manager, 2 of her bosses. The big boss was very rude and bully.
One of the interviewer was rude, combative and was attacking me through out the interview.
I was seated in very small room with up to 6 people which was even too small for 2 person.
Everyone was repeating the same questions I was asked by previous panel. And the process was very tiresome and challenging.
First, they follow up application with a HR phone screen followed by Hiring Manager phone interview followed by panel interview with presentation. Takes 4 to 6 weeks for the whole process to complete.
