Full day (9-4) of interviews, and I ended up meeting almost everyone on the team that I was applying to work with. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. There was only 1 interview where I was tested on my technical skills, all of the others were more behavioral. Everyone was very positive, and they got back to me within 2 weeks.
Very smooth and clear process and very friendly and respectful interviewers. Questions about background, as well as some technical and behavioural questions. Suggest candidates research Pfizer's core values during preparation

Only did the initial screening process, but it seemed rather relaxed, which I appreciated. The interviewer was very personable. Other than that, like most interviews. Did not move past the initial screening process though.

First round interview was a 30 minute HR phone call. Second Round interview was a mother 30 call with the hiring manager. Final interview was followed by 3 hour Zoom interview with a panel of 7 people
