Interview was a lot of back and forth. Applied for a store manager position, did an interview with another SM, only to be told there’s no actual open position and that the training process is horrendous and would be better suited for an ASM position instead. Was ghosted after that for about 2-3 weeks. Received a phone call for another interview with a different manager in a different store, again for a position that wasn’t even open or available. Asked to come back to interview again, was told it would be better to start at an even lower position than what I had initially even interviewed for. Ended up accepting a position elsewhere due to the lack of professionalism and communication.

Initial phone screen with recruiter is scheduled for 30 minutes but takes closer to 20. If you proceed forward, the interview is in person and is scheduled to be four, 30 minute interviews with various Senior Managers. This may come off as intimidating but if you go in confident and knowledgeable, it should be a breeze.

I got a call from the store manager two days after I applied to schedule an interview. Then I had the interview with 2 team members and a background check after.
