I Applied online, and recieved an invitation to a 'one-way video interview' which I would have 3 days to complete. Not only is 3 days a short time-span but for those unfaimiliar a 'one-way video interview' is the one of those interviews where instead of talking to a person, they have you respond to question prompt on recorded video with only one take and limit time. All of which judge you via AI. I'm not going to waste my time trying to get a job at a company that will not talk to their applicants and has an AI judge their submissions for them.
