It was all pretty easy and laid back. The entire process of me applying online, getting a phone call to set up an interview, completing 2 interviews with the then Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, and being sent an offer took about 3 days total. The interviews had questions that you would expect at an average interview like "tell me about a time you solved a problem for a customer in a unique way", but also had laid back questions like asking if you have pets and questions about pet care knowledge. The interviewers were very friendly and it was easy to ask questions about their store processes to get a feel for the job and company. I ended up taking an offer for the Merchandising and Inventory Leader position (because they already had an Assistant Manager), but was promoted to Assistant Store Manager 3 months later.
Initial screening: Resume review and phone screen. Assessment: Skills test or task. Interviews: Multiple rounds, panel or 1:1. Behavioral questions, technical assessments, and culture fit evaluation. Reference checks. Final offer.

I applied online and about 1 month later I received a blank email template telling me to contact my local store for an interview. After 2 follow up calls, they scheduled an interview. Job offer was given at the end of the in-person interview.

I applied online November 1, 2019. Was called mid January. Board interview with 3-4 managers at a district location. They had back to back interviews all day. They were nice.
