I had called into the store and asked if they were hiring, the manager who i spoke to told me to fill out the application and assessment test online. We set up a time to interview two days later. I came in for a one on one interview and was told to do a drug test. If I passed the assessment and the drug screening I would hear back from them. I got the job two weeks later.
Short and to the point in terms of how you handle situations and customers. Offer guidance in what they are looking for. Prior experience is not necessary but will always help.
It was a pretty retail interview experience. They talked about what working with pets and animals would be like and how to handle that, and also just things about retail in general.

Nice friendly 3 interviews asked normal questions chatted a bit just waiting on a call back. Friendly staff and communication is important to them which I am glad about.
Went in for my first interview with one person then second with another and waiting on my third.
