first thing is a simple assignment via email to do and be able to explain things about it in the face to face interview, if they liked your solutions. the interview is very ghetto and unorganized. they are willing to lie to you about the company/job just to get you to take the job.
the questions in the assignment and the job interview is totally irrelevant to what you might be doing in the company if you accept the job

Lengthy interview with technical java questions.
Some were of the gotcha variety that probably weren't useful for screening, but most were fair. Covered threading, try/catch, generics, collections, string manipulation etc etc. It was thorough, but nothing to be concerned with if you know your stuff.
They didn't ask much about me or my work history. They didn't offer much about the actual position. They didn't do a good job selling themselves to me (interviews are a two-way street).
