Three interviews on different areas such as sales and values. Initially sounded like a lot but makes perfect sense according to their operating principles and values. The interviews mostly consists of open questions and scenarios you are asked to describe. One of the three interviews included a mock sales call that felt very relaxed and open. Overall very professional and well structured, you can tell that this company literally personi(o)fies HR and know what they’re doing. There was also a sense of friendlyness, inclusivity and genuinity that I have found is a rare thing to notice so early on in the process. It gave me an idea of how they work and value their employees, since that was my impression throughout the entire interview process. Every step of the way there was personal contact and help, insisting on me reaching out if I had any questions. Overall a great experience.
