DO NOT APPLY for a job in this immature Kindergarten company! The whole process is way too leghthy and not worth all the effort if you are experienced. They just want advise for complex cases so they let you prepare and present real cases. After 7 interviews and the 4 cases I presented they informed me that my communication style does not fit. REALLY? What do you want? I hope one day you realize that a company cannot be run by Kindergarteners. Inbetween: good luck - but I will now apply for a job in a mature company where my worth is known!
