First phone interview with a HR person. Then I had a technical interview with 2 engineers. They describe an architectural problem where to be honest I did not my best but the problem was too open. About management I really think they never manage a team as I did asking nonsense questions as “how do you manage a conflict?”

The entire experience was completely unprofessional and an absolute waste of time. Over the course of two months, I had to go through a lengthy process that consisted of four different stages. Despite investing significant time and effort, I was rejected twice, further highlighting the inefficiency and disorganization of the process. It not only delayed my progress but also created unnecessary frustration and disappointment.
