I was referred to them by someone in my network (a connection of a connection I made during an internship). Initially interviewed with a recruiter where it felt more like a Sales pitch than an actual interview. The 2nd interview was with the Bioinformatics Director that did ask me some technical questions as well as where he thinks I would fit. The final interview I was flown out to their HQ in Baltimore where I was interviewed by that same Director as well as 3 other people consecutively. Some standard questions but overall nothing too hard.
