I interviewed at PersistIQ and they asked me about my experience, why I left my last job, my biggest accomplishments as a Rails developer, I answered their questions and provided examples of my work, the interviewer said he didn't want to see them but hear about them. Finally, the interviewer asked me if I had questions for him, I asked him questions about the company and why he decided to work there, he ignored my questions and didn't answer and just said "OK, I'm going for the next interview". Asking if you have questions and not answering is just plain rude, I think I dodged a bullet.
