First started with a phone interview, then I was invited for an in-person interview. I interviewed with a couple of people who asked a lot of behavioral based questions that seemed like rapid fire.

After applying through the company website, the marketing director contacted me via email about a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 45 minutes and was pretty high level. About a week later, I received a follow-up email inviting me to come in for an in-person interview. I was interviewed by two team members, both of whom were friendly and clearly engaged throughout the interview. The interview was a mix of behavior and skills-based questions. About a week later, I was asked to come in for a second interview, during which I was able to meet the owner.
