Entrevista
Despite a little awkwardness at the beginning, the interview was friendly and informative. It was held remotely, due to the pandemic. I did not find it professional that the interviewer was in his kitchen without a blurred /neutral background.
I went through about 3-4 rounds of interviews and informal chats. Everyone was really friendly and interviews were fairly reasonable. The process did feel a bit long, but all was fine in the end.
