A phone call and then I had to submit a task. Ironically, within the materials provided for the task (to write a newsletter) there were grammatical and spelling errors. I then had an in-office interview with two people asking me several questions. I then never heard back for weeks which was very unprofessional. When I contacted their HR I was told that they 'were under pressure to hire someone internal'. It is very rare that you do not get told about the outcome of an in-person interview.
