First interview is with an employee working under the head advisor. Second interview is with the advisor if you do well on the first one (business professional attire). Be calm and answer the questions simply. This is a very small company and doesn’t have a rigorous interview process. He just wants to assure that you want to be a wealth manager and have basic investing/business knowledge.
