Hi, Thank you for giving us your feedback on our hiring process.
We always want to make this process better if we possibly can. We do try to make sure that we gauge a candidate's enthusiasm for the role and the opportunity before we go into salary. All our online application forms ask applying candidates for their compensation expectations, and we don't contact anyone where there's a mismatch. Truthfully, we will adjust salaries for exemplary candidates. And we never go deep into a process without making sure we're aligned on a salary range. But our first objective is always to find someone who is driven first by the work and their enthusiasm for the opportunity.
