The world of a hypergrowth startup is a complex one, and sometimes we have to put one priority on hold in order to properly address another one. But we know that when you're job hunting waiting can be frustrating. We do ask some unusual/special questions on our interviews, but we think TravelPerk is an unusual/special place to work. We find that these questions are a good way of assessing a candidate's suitability. We put a lot of thought into putting our customer support team together as offering a 7-star service is a vital part of our mission and strategy.
