I was not going to write a review as, unfortunately, a lot of what others have mentioned, happened to me, and I did not want to write a review that was simply emotionally fueled. However, as it had been a few weeks since it all happened, I think I can finally write as objectively as possible. Some unfortunate facts: there were 6 stages, including phone calls, video calls, case study presentation and a competency call. With the case study, I'm pretty sure they're using my ideas to resolve their current issues, which required several days to prepare for. After 6 stages, and receiving positive feedback after all stages, they resulted in giving the role to someone internally. I was working with an external recruiter, and unfortunately, after each stage, they continued to add more stages last minute and give uncertain answers. Transparency would've been great especially when asking people to dedicate weeks. Some positives: most of the interviewers were mostly nice.
