Phone screen, followed by an emotional IQ (behavioral) interview, a skills interview (behavioral), then the final interview with the CEO. The questions are not difficult, mainly what you see in the general field for PM work (working with difficult people, project management process...) The CEO will ask you about wanting to contribute beyond your role...

We have always offered a full insurance package. Our current insurance includes dental, medical and long and short term disability. Although we do not offer a 401K match at this time, it begins immediately upon hire.
