It was pretty easy and you just need to have a general idea of things going on at the time. The interviews were pretty short, concise and easy to manage. Offer letter was rolled out in a week or two.

Initially i assumed i won't be able to crack any steps of the interview. There were three rounds, the first one indulged in checking your overall aptitude proficiency. I have performed good in the Logical series but the Quantitative series had made it a bit difficult for me as i have always been more into Subjective dimensions and Non-Mathmatical domain. Nonetheless, i somehow managed to proceed ahead with the test by cracking the first round. The further interviews were marked by an HR Round and a Technical Round. In the HR round, questions mostly pertaining to self and personality were asked and in the technical round, questions pertaining to Content Writing, Content Strategy, Skills in Proofreading and Editing and basic SEO questions were asked.
