Entrevista
I applied online and was contacted by human resources. From there I was asked for a job interview. During my first round it was with the manager. Couple of days later I was called for the second interview, where it was with the group that I will be working with.

Applied online and got a call from HR rep about a week later. Short phone screen and then another call back in a few days to setup an in-person interview. I was given a design problem (automatic door opener) to do before the interview. You are given some purposefully vague system requirements and need to come up with SW requirements, design, pseudo code, and verification tests for. Took a few hours to finish.
Since I am located near one of the satellite offices (Clearwater), my interview panel was one from Clearwater and two from Phoenix via Skype. Talked about experiences and a few general questions, then went over the design problem. They mostly want to know about why you made certain assumptions in order to judge your problem solving skills. Then a round of behavioral type questions and then any questions I had. Interview lasted about an hour and a half. Offer came about a week later.

The behavioral questions come in the form of "tell me about a time you ..." and were pretty standard. One question from each interviewer. You are supposed to take a minute to think, then tell about the situation, how you reacted to it, what was the outcome, and if you would do the same thing again.
