Contacted by phone then interviewed in person by group. Take test about English language and math skills and medicare/medicaid questions. Wasn't much to it other than I didn't think I got the claims analyst job so I applied for the provider relations job and got an immediate rejection. Found out later it was because they were considering me for the analyst job. Was thinking they weren't considering me at all and instantly rejected me
