The interview was unconventional, rather than talking about my experience and skills. The purchasing manager had me sit down with at a computer and navigate their SAP system (which is antiquated) and show what I could do. He had a clear vision of what he wanted the candidate to be able to do and wanted to ascertain the amount of training that would be required in order to get into the day-to-day business.
