They came to my university to do recruiting and did the first round of interviews there. This was a one-on-one interview following a presentation on the company the day before.
When I was selected for the second round of interviews, I was flown to a hotel in Arizona where many of their different branch managers from around the country were there. I did a presentation about myself and then went through a round robin interview process the next day.

Interview process went smoothly. Started with a 30 minute phone screening with a recruiter. Was then called back to set up a video interview with the general contractor of the location I applied for. Entire process took about two weeks.

Super simple questions, great and friendly recruiter. The process was a phone interview and then a in person interview. In person interview definitely showed the vibe of the office, and I actually loved it.

The interview was over the phone. I was asked a couple general questions about my experience and leadership style. Also a couple questions about availability and traveling. Interviewer was very friendly and the whole process was very good.
