single interview with overall review of resume/ prior experience. Bachelor's degree needed. Salary and compensation package was reviewed by HR director during initial call and prior to setting up interview (this was a plus! as you already knew what the base salary was prior to attending the interview). After interview was over, you were advised if you were being offered the position or not, and a start date was discussed. Overall, super easy process.
