Perforce India team is hiring for senior Python backend developer for one of their Product. 3 rounds of interview were scheduled out of which first 2 are purely technical which lasts around 1.5 hrs and the last round is small 30 min discussion with the Hiring Manager. First round is basically to test the problem solving ability of the candidate. You can expect basic DS algo questions along with some technical discussion. In the 2nd round, discussion is more towards the tech stack of the product for which hiring was happening which includes 2 problem solving questions and other theoretical questions regarding the APIs and product development. This 2nd round is with the US team.
