The interview process started with an initial screening interview with Dan Henson that was encouraging and friendly. Dan was a great start as he gave me time to explain my experience and I never felt intimated during the process. After that, the second interview I was interviewed by Allyson Ross and AJ Sneed and they were a pleasure to talk to. The second interview consisted of what the job entailed and questions about my prior experiences in the support field. The onboarding went smoothly and the training that I've experienced has been amazing.

I do not remember the exact wording but they question went similar to this. What was one event that happened (at a prior job or experiences) that helped you understand your strengths?
initial phone interview and then zoom interview process, 3 different meetings with multiple members of the team- was not accepted at first but they called back. very standard interview process all in all.
