HR called me up and after a brief chat asked me to actually design wireframes/concepts for a problem that they were facing. They sent me document which had the problem statement. I agreed to do that only because I was looking for a change and the company seemed interesting. They called it a popup redesign but actually that was an application module in itself with about 20 user tasks to be finished. I solved their problem and was quite satisfied with the whole solution that I had provided them. So I delivered wireframes with workflows, and also user persona etc. Sent the whole solution to the HR and never saw a reply for her after that. Really NO REPLY. NOTHING.
