Pretty informal interview, general interview questions with a get-to-know-you style. There are two panels and a presentation is involved. I gave them my resume and they asked questions based on that. We really all just had a conversation.

I was interviewed by four different people in roles of leadership: HR Manager, QA Manager, Plant Manager, and Directer of Operations. Each interview was about 10+ minutes, they had very similar questions so be ready to repeat yourself since each of my interviews were seperate. The interview process went well.
