Very friendly multi hour interview process. Opened with a 30 minute interview with senior management. Then I had an hour panel interview with potential future coworkers and bosses. This was followed by another hour session with peers in the same career track. Closed out with another 30 minute interview with a senior manager.

A lot of questions about previous experience, handling difficult situations, how I manage programs, my processes for moving a program along, etc. Felt like a conversation for the most part.
