Company seemed to be in a rush. I had a phone interview within 24 hours of application and then an in-person interview 2 business days later. The in-person interview seemed quite brief before they decided to make me an offer. However, the offer received was for an "intermediate" title rather than senior, and even then the salary provided was very low considering my experience (20k lower than my current salary). They did not seem to be interested in negotiating on the salary. Also, the contract had numerous unreasonable provisions. Overall, I did not leave feeling that I would be valued as an employee at Per Vices.
