First interview was a behavorial interview where they heavily emphasized the star method. Typical behavorial questions with people leadership questions. Then they had you rank locations by preference based on your preferred location.

Questions focused around the company acronym GREAT (Growth, Relationships, Execution, Agility, Thinking). 5 questions, one surrounding each. Very straight forward and casual, not stressful so long as you are well prepared.
