Entrevista
Short and brief. Supervisors were straight forward about the daily grind of the job. Had to physically demonstrate that I could do the job thru a short physical activity test. Passed with flying colors! Explained that this job was extremely competitive. A had a lot of work based incentives. Safety was a big deal of course they explained. As was personal conduct. They promoted a team concept in achieving goals. Great experience for me.

Work until everything was done. Even if it might exceed your schedule hours?
It was long and they asked a lot of questions they wanted to see how much experience i had and to use the start method and literally everything else and it was a very long process but yeah

How many hours I’m willing to work at the job and my experience working overnights and also if I could work some long hours
The Interview consisted of two parts, The first was an traditional q&a interview and the second involves an physical assessment aspect, The physical assessment is similar to the activities performed while on the job,
Basic interview .
Followed by small 5 min endurance test. Pretty intense but not too hard . Pace yourself . No actually bust your tale, it isn’t easy. As they explain that working at Pepsi isn’t easy but rewarding.
