Applied through their website and profile on handshake. First interview was with a person that had worked in the role. I personally don't like the job but the interview wasn't that bad. The interviewer laid out the structure of the interview first and then started asking questions. He explicitly said to take my time to answer the questions and that it was better to have moments of silence than giving a rushed answer.

First interview was a behavorial interview where they heavily emphasized the star method. Typical behavorial questions with people leadership questions. Then they had you rank locations by preference based on your preferred location.

Seemed like the recruiter wanted me to do well. They do most of the vetting before the interview happens so once you make it to the interview they already like you.

one phone interview screening and two interview meetings before getting an offer. Expect typical behavior-based interview questions as well as leadership-focused questions. I would recommend to google interview questions and prepare for the staples.
