The hiring process was thorough. I liked the fact that the phone interview and the 1st on-site interview was after 6:00 pm which enabled me to complete it without taking time off from my job. The staff was extrememly welcoming and prepared. I had to take a drug adn background test prior to being hired. Although the process took 3 months I was in constant cntact with the hiring manager. I also was asked to meet with the Sales Manager prior to my start date.

Found the job on LinkedIn, applied through company website by filling out a standard application. I was contacted 2 days later by the HR dept. Asked a few routin questions about my resume, the. Were scheduled a phone interview with senior management. After that another phone interview with the director then were asked to go in to the location for in person and final phase. They follow the typical STAR model for initial phone screening. You will get to talk to the hiring manager/direct supervisor . Very comfortable conversation. Overall great experience.
