Group Discussion topics were general . In my group they gave 2 topics and asked to speak for 2 minutes. Topics : Narender Modi versus Rahul Gandhi , Blue versus Red
Personal Interview : It was mainly HR interview plus Training project u did in vacation that matters alott. . They were very friendly . Say everything u know in full confidence . Some of the questions were :
1.Tell me about yourself.
2. What are your strengths.
3. Why Pepsi co ?
4. Why we should hire you ? I think this was the most influencing question.
5. Would you be comfortable with remote locations ?
6. Family Background
7. Plans for higher studies?
8. Training Project in detail.
9. About co-curricular activities in college

Entrevista
The interviewers made the interview process very comfortable and friendly. The interview process was mostly like having a conversation with a peer. Mostly resume based and behavioral questions were asked.
Applied through University, 1st round is coding round, got selected. 2nd one is Technical , done well too. Last is the HR round, this where i haven't performed well. Should have done better in this HR Round.

It totally depends on the interviewer.First round can be technical or a normal discussion. There are 2 rounds.First round is explaining about our projects and going through our resume.Second round is HR.
