First interview was a behavorial interview where they heavily emphasized the star method. Typical behavorial questions with people leadership questions. Then they had you rank locations by preference based on your preferred location.
Met them through career fair at school. Was invited to have an on campus interview about a week or two later. On campus interview was with two different employees. Next was on site interview about two weeks later.
