Most all questions were standard behavioral ones that you would see on an internet search. One was something like "Describe a time when you did not have enough information to make a decision and what did you do?"

Entrevista
Two step interview process. First interview with HR and recruiting manager. Second interview with HR, recruiting manager and the individual to whom the recruiting manager reports to. Questions included 30 minutes about self, character and personality. Next 30 minutes was about skills, competencies and experience.

The interview process was seamless and professional. The communication at each stage was timely and clear, ensuring I was well-prepared and confident. The interviewers were approachable and asked thoughtful questions that allowed me to showcase my skills and experiences effectively. I also appreciated the structured approach, which provided great insight into the role and company culture. Overall, it was a positive and enriching experience, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to engage with such a dynamic team.
It was a great interview. I got a lot of technical questions. Also got some behavioral questions. The interviewers were friendly and polite. They left a good Impression. Would recommend PepsiCo Nigeria
