The interview was pretty standard -- it was with the Service Operations manager who primarily asked questions about previous work history, situational-based questions, and goals within the company. It was conducted via Zoom and had ample time for my own questions about the role and company.

Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en PepsiCo (Edmond, OK) en jul 2015
Entrevista
Unorganized, unprofessional, Seemed to me that the whole interview process was just a thrown together part of the process, The managers there doing the interview didn't seem like they were very invested in the whole interview process, seemed like they were more concerned with other things, they were preoccupied and only did the interview because it is required of them to do so.
