applied online, received a screening call to then interview in person a week later. Two managers were on the interview panel. I then received an offer letter 2 weeks later.

Pretty simple interview layout. One general call and then a zoom interview with HR and team managers. Make sure to research about PepsiCo products/history. Also have your STAR answers ready but not too rehearsed of course.
