I was contacted by a recruiter for the job opening and recruiter interviewed me for the role & culture fit in the company. After that my resume was forwarded to manager in the company who liked my profile and invited for the interview. In the interview, panel had manager and his team member (Web Consultant with more than 18 years of experience). Interview started with the introduction and roles & responsibilities in my career. Couple of questions of Cloud Computing, AWS, Java/J2EE, basic CMS understanding. Results of interview were communicated to the recruiter within 30 mins after the interview and the result was successful. I was invited for the another round with Head of technology after 2 days which was final interview. In second interview with Head of technology and HR started again with quick intro. This interview lasted for more than 45 mins and more focused on my fit in the company and the role. Interview went perfect and results were again told to recruiter in 4 hours. So good news was that within a week all was sorted and I had an offer in hand. Company is very quick in their decision as it is growing at high rate.
