They require-2/3 hours of online assessments, a proctor test while being watched on your computer, a interview, your credit karma credit score then the most restrictive invasive 3 yr long NDA that chatgpt said not to sign and consult a lawyer. It covers not miles but globally, a huge broad competitor list covering any position, you cannot work with previous employees & anything you do outside of work that they are argue is related to work they own. You waive your right to argue a future employer is not a competitor, you waive your right to challenge the reasonableness of the agreement, you waive your right to a jury trial, they state they enforce this NDA aggressively and court would be in Iowa despite living and working in Illinois. The manager kept telling me there was an offer waiting for me to get me to do each crazy step. WHO HURT THEM?? RED FLAGS GALORE & very creepy feeling. I am 100% positive they will try to come after me for this review.
