The whole process consisted of a three tier interview. All of the interviewers were very pleasant and we had a semi-casual conversation about the company, my own skills and personality and the future in general. The whole process took maybe a bit longer than a month. Overall it was a very positive and respectful experience even though I didn't get an offer at the end.

There were 3 steps. As soon as I contacted their HR representative they responed and we han an interview a few hours later, they were really friendy and encouraging. Later, on the 2. interview I spoke with another person in German, she was very professional but still relaxed and supportive. The last interview was also in German and the person who interviewd me was really nice and easy going, we had a meaningful conversation and I found out my results the next day. In a nutshell, the whole process was made easy for me and it didn't take too much time to find out my application status.
